At GENZGRAM, we believe in radical privacy. No real names, no email spam, no data brokers. Your vibe tag, your recovery phrase, and your hardware fingerprint are the only keys to your digital identity. We collect only what's necessary to keep the platform secure and your experience smooth.
To keep the platform running and protect against abuse, we collect the following minimal data:
Username (vibe tag), hashed password, recovery phrase hash, device fingerprint, and hardware signature.
IP address (logged for 120 days), user agent, and login timestamps. Used for rate-limiting and ban enforcement.
Messages are end-to-end encrypted (AES-256). We store encrypted blobs but cannot read your conversations.
Badges you earn or purchase, vibe score, and collected items. This is public-facing on your profile.
We never collect: real name, email address (unless you register with one), phone number, social media profiles, or location data beyond IP geolocation (country/city).
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any third-party monetization.
We retain security logs (IP addresses, login attempts, device fingerprints) for 120 days to protect against abuse and enforce bans. After 120 days, these logs are automatically and permanently deleted from our Firestore database.
Your account data (username, badge collection, aura score) remains stored until you choose to delete your account.
We also use Ghost Mode (self-destructing messages) and Screenshot Protection to protect your conversations.

GENZGRAM is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via in-app notifications or by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of GENZGRAM constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
